Pony Sweat on Tour! Pony Sweat is a fiercely noncompetitive dance aerobics practice that celebrates anti-perfectionism and the liberation of bodies. Class is 60 min and consists of a series of dance-aerobics routines set to a mixtape-style playlist! The mix is emotive and meaningful and hopes to stir and inspire expression. The choreography consists of many basic dance aerobics movements, with slightly more complex combinations that we are encouraged to learn OR not learn at whatever level we are at! Take what you like, and fuck the rest!

VERY IMPORTANT: You must be fully vaccinated to take class in-person. Proof of vaccination is required, please bring it with you to class.
